OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE
The goal of this Workshop is to provide an international forum to present, review and discuss the most recent energy status and outlook for the near future of the Region, together with general energy dilemmas, contemporary issues of energy supply and investments in energy mix in the region as well as possible
technical and economical options for sustainable development. These issues are subject of invited lectures that will be presented by distinguished speakers from governments, utilities and regulatory commissions.

TOPICS & SESSIONS
Following Topics will be discussed: Energy plans for Serbia and the Region, Trends and activities in Europe, Shortage of energy production and aging of existing capacities, Safety and environmental impacts, Legislative measures, Energy technology forecast, implementation and market evaluation.
Only invited lectures organized in five Sessions, followed by the Round Table discussion:
1st DAY:  Energy Policies in Different Countries
              Current Energy Status and European Trends
              European Utilities
              Power Plants and Vendors
2nd DAY: Energy Planning and Market Evaluation
